12 People Admit What They Truly Don’t Understand

Hmmmm, this might take a while…

Because we live in a crazy world and I’m having a hard time making sense of much of it!

Am I alone in feeling this way?

I don’t think so…

And I’m glad these AskReddit users have my back and they’re confused, too.

Take a look at what they had to say.

1. Hard to fathom.

“Just computers in general.

Like how electricity moving through a crystal built with nanoscopic engineering billions of times per second doing trillions of math operations per second allows me to write this comment or play a video game or watch the news; all without any moving parts or making any noise.

It’s pure magic to me. Like absurd alien engineering that no matter how much I research and study, seems so hard to fathom.”

2. Don’t even want to know.

“NFTs.

And please don’t explain them to me.”

3. Magical.

“Airdrop and Apple Pay.

How can I airdrop a 1080p video and not lose any quality?

It’s magic.”

4. Don’t get it.

“Honestly?

The whole they/them they/him they/her situation.

All the different types of genders. I don’t judge it, just don’t get it.”

5. Idiotic.

“How people can wrap their entire identity in a political party.

Both of them don’t give a f**k about you but people support them like a rabid sports fan base.

It’s idiotic.”

6. Good one.

“Space and time.

Like there’s a supposedly I fire universe that continues expanding and I’m just kinda here for about 80 years and then I’m just not.

It all seems so minuscule in the context of how large space is.”

7. Too much.

“Relationships. I just don’t understand.

Do they like me? Do I like them? Is it a relationship? Is it casual? What happens next? He hasn’t replied what does that mean?

It’s all too much.”

8. Blown away.

“Printers.

It has always fascinated me how a simple machine can churn out a colored picture or a thousand words in just seconds.”

9. Get with the program!

“How we as a species could have come this far, and there still are a lot of people who have a mindset as if it was the medieval ages.”

10. Nuts.

“I’m sure it’s very easily researchable, but vinyl records.

Scratch a disk and music comes out?

That’s nuts.”

11. What are you gonna do with that?

“Seeking exorbitant wealth.

Like cool, you have a billion dollars. Now what?

Roll around in it like a dragon or Scrooge McDuck?”

12. Worshipping.

“Things like celebrity worship and enthusiasm for sports teams.

I don’t get it. You don’t know these people and they dont know you. Ultimately, you like the product they put out. But why act like they are somehow special?

I dont swoon over my Kebab Guy even though his food is absolutely k**ler. And I’d argue I know him better than people know celebrities and their sports teams.”

Now it’s your turn!

Tell us what you genuinely understand in the comments.

We’d love to hear from you.
