‘Gentleman’ Prince Harry’s romantic gesture for wife Meghan Markle makes royal fans swoon

The internet is praising Prince Harry’s simple yet sweet gesture of affection towards his wife Meghan Markle. He’s being called a true “gentleman” after the 37-year-old opened the car door for Meghan before getting in himself.

The video was shared by royal expert Omid Scobie showing Meghan, Prince Harry, his brother Prince William and wife Kate Middleton leaving after meeting mourners who gathered to pay their respects to Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle on Saturday. Despite their differences, the couples showed that they’re still family and this was the first time the four of them appeared together in public since the Queen’s death.

The Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared at the gates of Windsor Castle and began walking around to greet and speak with well-wishers. Internet users also noted that Meghan and Harry were holding hands as soon as they’d gotten out of the car. Scobie tweeted: After chatting, hugging and sharing sympathies with members of the public for over 40 minutes, the Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have headed back into the Windsor Estate together. Both couples left in the same car, driven by William. The Waleses had always been scheduled to greet well-wishers at Windsor Castle, but royal sources say the decision to invite the Sussexes was made in the eleventh hour. It is, without a doubt, a significant moment in the history of the relationship between the two brothers. Just as we saw after the death of Prince Philip and at his funeral, these are the moments when members of the royal family can put differences to one side to focus on the loss that has brought them together. Today’s public reunion was a show of the utmost respect to the Queen.

Prince Harry’s sweet gesture toward his wife stood out in the video and people couldn’t stop talking about it. One royal fan tweeted: Princess Diana would be proud of Prince Harry. Such a gentleman. A second added: He’s always treated his wife with love and care. A third chimed in: The British public has been so incited against Meghan she naturally expects them to be cruel to her. She used to hug and chat with everyone she came across but she is incredibly nervous now, not knowing what to expect. Harry knows this too and he is being there for her. Another person said: Prince Harry’s affection for his wife has no day offs, doesn’t matter the location or event..oh what a gentleman.
